i can not access 3G internet service using my blu dash 5.5 in Ghana. why?

Any time I switched to 3G internet service, it usually searches until it is unable to access and thereby forcing the mobile network to shutdown

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you using? You need to make sure the 3G network bands that the carrier uses are supported by the phone.
