How can I get out of the Android system recovery 3e?

im stuck on the android system recovery 3e

cant select any options just keeps saying no command . my phone is a leagoo lead3

Welcome to Android Central! Are you stuck on the No Command screen with the Android lying on its back?

It's saying No Command at the moment because it's waiting for you to give a command. Press and hold Power, and then press Volume Up. That should give you the options. Use Volume Up/ Down to select the option that you want, then press Power.

Best way to get a dialogue going is to join as a member. You'd be welcome.☺
