Why does my Xperia Z not wake up?

Hi, I'd really appreciate any help with this problem. My phone often will not wake up and I must restart it. The pink indicator light blinks (NOT the water damage indicator, those are all white).

I tried different official ROMs and recently installed CM12 Lollipop. The issue persists. How can I find out what is causing the problem? Perhaps there are others experiencing this problem and found a solution? Thanks a bunch!
