can I restore my phone to a specific date?

My brother passed away on the 8th of last month and my sister tried the password on his phone too many times. She got it set back to factory settings... can we undo that? He had a note 4. Serviced through Verizon.

My brother passed away on the 8th of last month. My sister accidently restored his phone to factory settings. Is there a way to restore the phone to a certain date?
