Downgrade From 4.1.1 To 2.3.4

Recently I Bought A kind Of A Cheap Tablet , It's Running Too Slow , I Think It Has Something To Do With The Software , It Came With 4.1.1 , Is There A Way To Downgrade To 2.3.4 Or Something , As I Have Another Android Working With 2.3.4 And Works Perfectly !
