Samsung Galaxy Note II - incoming call numbers are incorrect

Hi when I receive an incoming call that is not one of my saved contacts, the number displayed is incorrect and if I miss the call and try an call it back, it will not work. It looks as if the is an extra 0 at the start of the number and then an extra digit at the end.
