I have a Samsung Note Pro 12.2 and a new MHL 3.0 adapter, also made by Samsung. It works fine on my projector, my LG TV, even another PC monitor... but when I plug it into my Samsung 22" 1080p TV it says: "Mode not supported" and then says: "Resolution not supported. Change the resolution of the external device."

How do I get it to work? My PC runs fine on this monitor as does my DirecTv Genie and even my Amazon Fire Stick.... All those are running in 1080p. Why won't this run? How do I fix it?

    Thanks!

    Welcome to Android Central!

Is there any way to adjust the display settings on the TV? Make sure it is not set to something less that what it should be.
