Back camera got turned off somehow. I just want to switch it back on.

Welcome to Android Central! Does that persist after a reboot? Do you get an error message?

Flashlight apps can sometimes interfere with the camera, since the LED flash is controlled by the camera software. Try uninstalling any flashlight app you might have.

With cheaper off-brand devices like Irulu, there's always a chance that there could be a hardware or firmware flaw.
