UPDATE 5.0: Battery lasted for 8 hours. NOW dies within 3 hours. NO ONE can hear me anymore!

Just updated LG G3 to Lollipop 5.0. I use my phone all day for work. B4 update, battery lasted for 8 hours. Now, dies within 3 hours.
Also, NO ONE can hear me anymore on calls, which never occurred b4 the update.
I have a very nice phone I spent a good amount of money on.
CAN THESE PROBLEMS BE FIXED??

First, try Settings, General, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.

Okay, clearing the cache significantly helped the battery issue.
It took only 45 min to charge to almost 100% when it was taking about 2 hours the last couple days. So i'm assuming that clearing that data will help the battery life too.

But people are still having trouble hearing me when i call them. And i call hundreds of numbers every day, so it can't be their phones having issues.

Any recommendation for this?
