What should I do about my Galaxy mega?

My Galaxy mega will not cut on unless on the charger. I bought a brand new battery for the phone and it still won't stay on unless on charger. What should I do?

Hmmm....if that indicates a faulty USB port or associated circuitry - and I don't know whether it does - you might consider testing that and replacing if necessary. But I should have thought that putting the device into the hands of a qualified and reputable repairer would be far, far preferable.
