i need to cast my phone screen to a tv in portrait mode for a demo. The tv screen is mounted vertically so the cast must stretch to a full screen. I tried chromecast, but it appears screen casting is always in landscape. Samsung screen mirror is also only in landscape. I have galaxy s4,s5, note4, htc one m9, and samsung smart tv 42"

Regardless of how you mount the TV, the display is 16:9, not 9:16 (there's no "rotation sensor" in a TV), so it's going to show as one of the long sides being the top. You'd have to redesign the scan circuitry of the TV to make it a vertical monitor - or buy a large vertical monitor (they make them, mainly for displaying long documents).
