I would like to purchase an android TV box for use in Fuerteventura however the maximum download speed we can get is 3mbs.

Is there a box out there that will operate with this download speed and if so can someone recommend some I should look at?

    Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! Any device can utilize that download speed--the question is how consistent your broadband connection is. 3 Mbps is the max download speed, but that doesn't mean it's the constant download speed. If the service is mediocre or poor, it might fluctuate and get as low as 0.5 Mbps or worse (especially if there's lots of congestion). Netflix recommends at least 5 Mbps for HD quality videos (3 Mbps is adequate for SD quality): https://help.netflix.com/en/node/306
