Xperian Z3v will not turn on even though it is charged

I have had this Xperian Z3v for 5 days. Today I used it and now screen is black, white light is flashing from top and it will not go on

I have had this Xperian Z3v for 5 days.

My rule is that if it's still under replacement warranty (2 weeks with most carriers), have it replaced. Making the post you did, and reading my response, is about all the time I'd spend on "fixing" a device that I can get replaced. Push the right button, it doesn't "get fixed", replace it. (The carrier doesn't care - Sony replaces it for them.)
