Sony Experia Z2 system update, internet has slowed down & can't receive MMS?

I've got a Sony Experia Z2 Model D6503 and update yesterday to Android Version 5.0.2. Since this the internet has been running like a snail - even though the signal reception icon says it is excellent reception. It is happening on every internet site. My MMS can be sent but I can't receive them since the update. Why is this happening??

Welcome to Android Central! Is it only happening on mobile data, or also on wi-fi?

Try checking to make sure your APN settings are correct. You can Google "[your carrier] APN setting."
