in 1 hour 9 minutes my phone ate around 11%...can anyone help?

From the first screen shot I'd say your cellular signal is weak, but from the second one, I'd have to say it's not. But that still gives you 10 hours of battery time, more if the cell standby calms down, and that's not really terrible, even for a fairly new, well-conditioned battery. If this is an original Note, with the original battery, it's about 3-1/2 years old, so it's better than can be expected unless you've been very careful with your battery.
