Hi,

I bought my device at the end of December beginning of January at a king soopers. I have the box but did not keep the receipt. The battery with not hold a charge and need a replacement. I can guarantee that the device wasn't even made a year ago but I am struggling with your customer support. I understand I am talking over seas but "ryan" was completely rude. I called again to speak to his supervisor about his rude service and nobody would transfer me. I just don't know what to do. I hve king soopers searching there system for a receipt but I fear I will be ripped off.
