Re: -101 error meaning
Welcome to Android Central! It may be some authentication error. Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again. If that doesn't help, then go to Settings>Accounts and remove your Google account, then add it back again.
