How to change User interface in my htc desire 816G ? it's look like a micromax interface

I have htc desire 816G .It has a fully micromax using interface ,it doesn't have standered htc inerface so i want to change it..
Can anybudy know that how to chnage user interface ??? Please help mi out friends ?

Welcome to Android Central! You mean it doesn't have the Sense UI? Did you buy it new or used? If used, then someone may have rooted it and flashed a different ROM.

You could try installing an alternative launcher like Nova or Apex.
