Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900T) T-mobile (Rooted)
I'v installed Pimp My Rom recently and ran into a bootloop. Unfortunately i didn't backup my data before using Pimp my Rom and so now i have to reflash my stock rom.
Can i use Kies to reflash my stock rom? If so, will i loose any data? Is there a way to prevent kies from wiping my phone data?

If you can find a Kies-flashable file. Otherwise, see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN - it's actually not much more difficult than using Kies.

You'll get an out-of-the-box phone - none of your data will survive.

Is there a way to prevent kies from wiping my phone data?

Flashing a ROM wipes data, it doesn't matter whether you use Kies, Odin, JTAG or any other method. The stock ROM has no links showing data existing on the phone other than what it comes with.
