    Turn it off and let it sit powered off for a few days to fully dry. If that doesn't help then it needs to be replaced as the water has damaged hardware components internally.

    In the future, always turn off a device that gets wet and let it dry. It doesn't guarantee that all will be better. But it'll help prevent further damage to the internal components.
