Welcome to Android Central! Two ways:

1. Use MyFiles or any other file manager app (like ES File Explorer) to move the files. The photos should be located in /storage/sdcard0/DCIM/Camera. You can put them anywhere you want on the SD card, but for the sake of organization, you should at least create a directory called "My Photos" or something like that.

2. Plug the phone into the computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop photos from the phone's Internal Storage to the external microSD card (both should show up in Windows Explorer, but there might be some devices where this doesn't happen).

I would take this opportunity to back up all of your photos to the computer's hard drive anyway. Remember that mobile devices can fail, and SD cards can become corrupt. So if those photos mean something to you, back them up somewhere safe and secure.
