visual land tablet stuck on no command, send package adb sideload filename?

[AC Question]

android 4.4.2 i just powered up from sleep mode and noticed i was now in what i think is called root or reboot mode?? looking at green android guy , did not know what to do, hit power again and now frozen. volume up and power keys dont do anything.. is this tablet toast?? i have held for one minute and still nothing... anyone have any sugestions????

Welcome to Android Central! It might be toast. Try leaving it plugged into a wall outlet for 12 hours undisturbed. Then try powering on again.
