Had my Gear S for a week. Pedometer stopped working.

I bought my watch on a Sat. 8 days later I got the new update and the pedometer stopped working right then. Restarted it, resynced it, spent time on the phone with AT&T (they had no idea and said bring it into Best Buy to be wiped). I read that some people had good luck with doing the "close all programs" did that and it worked again. Turned it off and put it on the charger for the night. Woke up and steps aren't being counted again. Also the face doesn't wake up when I tilt my arm. I've had this for barely a week. Loved it before this issue (except that I wish it were smaller) but I don't want something that will have constant issues.

Bring it to your nearest AT&T Device Support Center. If it's a week old it's under a full exchange warranty. If they don't have any to give you, take it to Best Buy, find the Samsung rep (they're usually at the cellphone desk or close to it - they're wearing Samsung shirts) and ask for a new one.
