How do I uninstall the latest lollipop 5 update on my Note 3?

This update is completely unacceptable. I was doing something on my phone and the update notification popped up without warning in the middle of my work and I accidentally hit accept. I did not want to update it without first seeing what others thought about it. The update has brought me countless issues that were not present before. The touch screen is extremely buggy now and it has caused typing to become a nightmare. I also have sensitive eyes and all of the black backgrounds in settings, clock, etc were changed to a blinding solid white or baby blue. Using the phone at night is now impossible. Please tell me how to get rid of this joke of an update. Thank you.

If the phone isn't AT&T or Verizon, flash the 4.4.4 ROM. (See [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN - it's really boring.) You can probably find a stock 4.4.4 ROM at XDA Forums. Or you can find a 4.4.4-based ROM you prefer. (I don't think you can "downdate" AT&T or Verizon past a major version number, like 5 to 4.)
