when i switch off my mobile signals are taking too long time for coming back about 2 or 3 hours

Welcome to Android Central.

That may be a problem with the SIM, although there are other possibilities. Speak to your network provider about it.

Before that, make sure that the SIM and the SIM slot or tray are clean and undamaged. Also, try a Cache Partition wipe.
