    Its because I tried about over 10 times trying to root my phone , but I don't have a SD card . Sometimes it says " Phone not fully supported " . I'm not sure .

    It depends on the version of Android you're running and, if it's 4.4.2, the date of the kernel. If you're getting that "not supported" message from Towel Root it means that your kernel is later than June 2, 2014, and TR can't root it.
