    I have Cyanogenmod on my Galaxy s3 and I don't know rather to leave it on or try and change it to factory. I just don't want to screw it up.

    As long as you flashed the ROM correctly and you like it and don't notice any problems (battery life, performance, etc) then you'll be fine. Also, it will take your phone a few days to get used to the new ROM.
