    I have received my Kyocera Event from Virgin Mobile just a month ago, and today I had to factory reset it, but now it's caught up in a loop, it shows the Kyocera logo, then Virgin Mobile, goes off then repeats. Yesterday it was fine for the most part, but last night errors kept popping up, I had to select either ok, or other to close them, and I went to the google store to update some, still no change, but it's too late now I guess, because I can't gain access to it. This occurred with a previous Kyocera Event I had, but I did make it to 6 months before it had similar issues like now, can anyone help me?

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to do a hardware button factory reset?
