    If your phone doesn't have a secure lockscreen you can just connect your phone to your computer via USB and it should see it as a flash drive (or a media device, but you can still see the files in it).

    If your phone is locked, you'd need to go to the Play store on a PC and use the Device Manager to remotely unlock your device. Then you can connect it to your PC via USB.

    I know it's not good advice for your current situation, but it's good advice for the future: Use auto-backup to cloud services for your pictures. Trust me.
