How do you download voice recordings from a Note4 to the pc?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't know exactly where the voice recorder app saves files, but it shouldn't be too hard to find. Connect your phone to the computer via USB, and look for the Note 4 device in the Windows Explorer list. Open it, and look for a folder like Media or Audio. When you find the recordings, just drag and drop them to the computer hard drive.
