Nexus 5 mic stopped working a few weeks ago.

Handset is 18 months old. Lollipop installed. Mic works when switched to speaker phone but not normally or 'ok google'. Deleted cache and rebooted. No change. Help!

Press the case at the back just under the camera. There are some videos on youtube one called FIX: Nexus 5 Mic not Working. (Sorry unable to post links as not posted 10 messages)
