Cant charge my samsung duos!

[AC Question]

I have a samsung galaxy grand duos white colour,im actually trying to charge my phone with a USB charger which my friend brought from home (he also have the same phone). Its been more than an hour but my battery is still showing the same amount of unit as it was before.Help me please.

That probably means that the charger, USB lead, or USB port are at fault.
