Why is my samsung galaxy ace unable to access google play store?

Welcome to Android Central.

If there's a server error there may not be much you can do yourself, but try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Google Play Store, select Clear Cache, and then Power Off and Restart the phone.
If no go, get back to us.
