Got a message from Verizon saying I'd used most of my data (5g) on the cloud. How do I delete downloaded documents from the cloud?

Are you referring to data as in documents being stored online? Or, the data you are allotted per month?

I believe they mean the data you are allotted per month. If this is the case, disable automatic syncing and be very cautious with what you are viewing and downloading online. Browsing the web and apps, such as Facebook and Instagram, consume data and count towards your monthly allotment. When possible, switch to WiFi to save your mobile data and enable auto-syncing to start when connected to WiFi only, not mobile data.
