How can I tell if there's a VPN setup on my Note 4 ?

I'm not very good at technology but my soon to be ex husband is and he always knows EVEVRYTHING goibg in in my life...he has been known to use spyware too, so my question is 3 fold - how do I find the logs for my Note 4, how do I tell if there's a VPN setup on my Note 4? It seems like there is one when I look at the settings and see so many logs? What is the best way to spy on a Note 4 for someone who has unlimited time and financial resources?

If you are concerned about your phones security / spyware or other... the best and most secure way to go is to save all your contacts / data.... Then factory reset the phone / restore data and never leave your phone laying around.
