Is there a free app that detects any kind of spyware or spy apps on sprint's lg g3 mobile phone?

My Sprint LS LG G3 mobile phone rings sometimes and doesn't display incoming caller id information. No calls are set up on call rejection. It checked out ok at the sprint repair store/center. Without displaying this info I don't know of any other way to answer my phone.

That's sent by the caller's carrier. If the caller has caller ID blocked, or the carrier doesn't send it properly, it's not going to show. (Or the caller could be using a caller ID spoofing app, and spooffing a blank caller ID.)

It's not a sign of spyware.
