How do I fix my LG Optimus Fuel model LGL34C from an endless boot certification error (code1220)?

I had the phone on its charger all night, as usual, and then this morning I turned off the phone, waited approx 30 seconds and pressed the power button to restart the phone. I do this every morning as the phone seems to function better if I reset it every morning. This morning, I believe, I accidentally pressed another button (volume of home) for just a moment as i pressed the power button (I don't know if this matters or not but added this info, just in case) Now when it come to the LG login screen it shows the Boot certification error in a small window box at the top of the screen. I have taken the battery out and waited more than 10 minutes. I have also tried to do a volume up, home and power button reboot also. Nothing has helped so far. What can I do to fix it?
