s3 keeps rebooting, won't connect to wifi or be read on comp via usb.

My Samsung s3 keeps rebooting every 15 seconds. A popup appears that states "Process system isn't responding" then it restarts. I cannot connect to wifi and the phone can't be read by the computer when I attempted to transfer my data. Yet the phone still charges when plugged into the charger. I tried saving the images to the SD card however it can't find that either. is there any way I can save my images? please help!
