I have a burn in on the top and bottom of my second gen moto x . This burn in seems intense since the typical app everyone is using isn't fixing anything for me .Soo any updates or knowledge on whether it will be fixed in an update ?

Burn in... true burn in where the image is permanently 'burned' into the screen is, well, permanent. The pixels are, for lack of a better term, worn out.

Those burn-in fix apps only really work in a few select circumstances and rarely do anything of any value on burned in screens (they can sometimes help with image retention, which is a little different).

I'm afrain the only option is a screen replacement.
