Samsung Galaxy S4 (Sprint): Messaging icon disappeared from main screen

No access to texts. Can't send or receive . It's never happened before. What's the Fix?

No access to texts. Can't send or receive . It's never happened before. What's the Fix?

The text icon at the bottom of your screen?

Open the App Drawer, find messaging (whatever your carrier or phone calls it) press and hold the icon and drag it to where you want it on your homescreen. It basically is a shortcut and that is just making a new one.

You can get to your text without it being on the main screen. If you go to the App Drawer, where are your apps are listed, it is in there.
