I Think i might have soft bricked my Sprint GS5

Hey guys i have a rooted sprint galaxy s5 and i think i messed something up. It was working perfectly fine for a while but after i rebooted it a couple of times its being weird. All my apps (even many preinstalled) show up as not installed but when i go to my app manager in my settings, it shows all my apps, they just say "turned off". What can i do to fix this?

Welcome to the forums. You may have to reflash the stock ROM in order to undo everything. What root method did you follow?

I Used CF Auto Root. The problem arose after i downloaded an app called UPSM+ [ROOT].
