Why play store;s screen is blank?

I try to install Vibe but can't the screen is blank

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What do you mean blank? Do you see anything at all? Swipe in from the left--do you see your Google account at the top of that menu? If you're not logged into your Google account, Google Play Store won't show you anything.
