I have a Samsung S6. Want to keep my all notifications (e.g. phone, SMS, cvalendar) on during day. But, want to trun off certain notifications during night. Specifically looking at how can I turn off calendar notification during night.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Do Not Disturb, and set the schedule as preferred. This will turn off all notifications for that time period.
