Remove Google Account

[AC Question]

Hi,

When i try to remove a second google account from my note 3, i am not able to do so.

My recents key and back arrow are broken and i am using onscreen keys.

Is there a way to remove this account without factory resetting my phone.

What happens when you tell it to remove the account by going to accounts then selecting the account you want to remove? You should be able to use the menu on the screen (the 3 dots) to use the options to remove it.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accounts-Google, and select the Google account you want to remove. Then tap the Menu button and tap Remove Account.

Do you believe that the broken buttons are related to this 2nd account, or is that coincidental?
