How does the Samsung LED case react with a QI wireless charger?

I was considering getting the QI wireless charger piece that goes on the phone and a wireless charging dock, when the LED case caught my eye. I noticed the LED connects to the back of the phone on the same pins. Essentially, will the QI wireless charger interfere and will I have to pick, or can I get both?
