I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. How do I change the signature on the email account?

Microsoft Exchange email account. I want to change the signature. When I go to More all it says is "Edit" - nothing else. Any ideas anyone?

On my G3, I go Settings, Accounts & Sync, Microsoft Exchange, Email Settings, open the account, and find the signature settings there. No go for you?
