I tried to restart my S6 and it is not stuck on the spark screen. How do I get pass this screen?

I have tried charging it for 10 mins and then uncharging and pressing power button-doesn't work.
pressed power and home button- it restarts and back to spark screen
pressed power,home and volume down it gives me a blue screen then reboots and then goes to the spark screen and stays there.

Welcome to Android Central! Was the battery completely depleted? If so, let it charge undisturbed (on a wall outlet) for at least 4 hours before trying to power on again.
