[AC Question]

Hello do you guys know why i cant use my clear view cover the sleep function for s6. By right when i close my cover it will show me the time but after i just updated the phone i cant seem to do that

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have the official Samsung S View case? What exactly is the issue? It's not entirely clear from your post. When you close your cover, is the screen not turning off? Or is it no longer giving you the S View display?

Yea its the official one it worked fine this morning after i update to the newer firmware which is 5.0.2. What i mean is that when i close my cover it will not give me my s view display anymore and it has no difference now even if i close my cover

Go to Settings>Accessories. Look for the S View Cover there. Are there any options there that need to be turned on?

There is no such option for me to turn on s view

Do you actually see the S View Cover option in the Accessories menu? My understanding is that if you use an official S View Cover, the phone detects it and shows it in that menu. At least, that's what I read about the S5, and I would assume the S6 is the same.
