How do I increase the Unlock screen display time on my Galaxy S4?

I have pattern lock in place. After the upgrade to 5.0.1 the screen will only display for ~ 2 seconds before the display turns off.

1. The Settings\My Device\Display\Screen Timeout can't be it because the lowest option is 15 seconds.
2. The Settings\Lock Screen\Lock Automatically can't be it because it's set for 30 seconds.

Changing any of these values does not affect the display duration when trying to unlock the screen.
