My charger is à DC-5v charger. The problem is that it says its charging one second and the next it says plug in your charger.I have to move my tablet into different positions so it can actually charge correctly. It's still new (2 weeks old) please help!!!

    Welcome to Android Central.

That suggests a poor connection....the USB lead or the USB port may be faulty, or possibly something inside the phone, or possibly even the charger.

That (moving the cable causes the phone to charge or not) actually says that one or both of the power pins (there are 2 for power and 2 for data) on the charging port aren't connected. When you put strain on the cable (by moving the device), it twists the connector to make that pin connect. Every time you do that - connect or disconnect - a little spark is generated. Eventually the heat from those sparks will char the board that the connector is on, turning a cheap repair into an expensive repair. Get it fixed sooner, rather than later.
